No zodiac can be deemed as confirmed liars -its unfair and impossible...There are scorps who lie (I have seen one at least ) quite a bit for different reasons and some who dont ...scorps are private individuals thats a fact and can be therefore taken as secretive but its just because this is the personal space they wont let most invade..
