Tenant and landlord issues... HELP...?

OK, i moved into a decent trailor 2 months ago, well since ive moved in ive had nothing but issues and problems with my landlord and now im finding out all kinds of things like my electricty is hooked up to the street lights (im paying for that and didnt know it) and the septic tank in between my and my neighbors homes are hooked to my electricty as well. Now im finding out today that a few yrs back my trailor was basically a giant meth lab, and problem 1, I have a 8month old daughter whos had a heart transplant at 7weeks old. Problem 2, none of the above is in my lease, and problem 3, My nieghbor said the landlord id walking into my trailor while im not home. I signed a 1yr lease, so how can i get out of the lease for one, and how can i get all my money back that ive paid into this dump??? please help i need as much information as possible my babies health is at risk!!!!!! also, my landlord lives basically across the street from me so he sees EVERYTHING
