Is 2 hrs and 45 min long enough to go through customs and connect to another flight in Chicago O'Hare airport?

I'll be flying from Seoul to Chicago on Asiana airlines, then switching to another (codeshare) airline to St. Louis, MO. Will 2 hours and 45 minutes be enough time to clear customs and make it to the other terminal?
