How come they haven't diagnosed me with ........?

i have benn told over and over agan that i may be dyslexic and i belve them cuz im 13 and still can only read picter books and and my spelling is really bad and im bad at maths to dowith money and patdens and i still cant read the time so how come they havent diagnosed me
