Poem written, judge/rant/comments?

You are rambling here but in a good way. Really liked the opening stanza, you painted the scene well. Don't know if I get your second stanza unless you are leaving your car and entering the next jazz joint. Your ending stanza gives me the impression that people are sitting around mesmerized to the music and musicians or current gurus and their 'medicine' narratives. A good read.
