Leg pain and spasms?

a couple days ago I started to get bad aching in both my legs, then the other night it got worse. they ached, spasmed, and felt like a squeezing sensation. I could barely walk. they werent asleep but I had numbness and tingling. i'm nto a diabetic and iv been healty so what could that be? i'm 19 years old.
