What would be the remedy/pills to take for hypertension @ the same time anemia?

well i was asking for my friend whether it was possible to have both hypertension and being anaemic before turning 20. my friend bruises easily and want to know if these are the signs? she also can't sleep early for bed,and is still awake until 1-2am plus. what to do?would appreciate a great answer thanks.
