We wanna get married right away.?

So we initially wanted to get married in Las Vegas but kind of on a budget and the chapels are kind of expensive. After our Wedding we plan to leave that same night for our honey moon in Vegas. We live in Fresno California and were wondering what the steps would be to get married at the court house, get our marriage license and how much it may be. If y'all don't know anyways how to find out. Thanks friends
