Abbey fine reader. windows xp?

does anyone know a safe site where I can download for free the Abbey Fine Reader. This seems to be missing from my PC and so I can't look into the docs. It also cuts off the PC for a couple of seconds and when it comes back on all the desktop icons are blue as though I have clicked on them all. I then cannot get on line as the icon is already 'blue' nothing happens when I click on it
