BEST place to LIVE in the BRISBANE/SUNSHINE COAST AREA.?

I'm 24 and live in Buderim, and it's true there is a high population of the elderly, but I'm noticing more young couples settling down here. I love living in buderim, it's close enough to the beach, school and the plaza, but still seems quite private with all the rainforest and small town. There are plenty of Job opportunities on the sunny coast, depending on what you do. Good luck
