What would be a good title for my essay!?!?! Please read on....?

I have to write an essay about a book called Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson. The book is about a girl who is d by a guy at a party. She calls the police to break the party up and everyone hates her for it. No one likes her. She doesn't speak to anyone after the party and erases the evidence she was d. So yea pretty miserable.Then later she starts to speak again and she slowly begins to make friends. She stands up to a self-centered girl and she stands up to the guy who d her. That pretty much summarizes the story!!! So please what would be a good title for the essay i can't just write speak because my teacher won't allow it!!! Yeah i pretty much suck at coming up with titles so please answer!!!
