Valkyria Chronicles or Folklore?

I'm trying to decide between Valkyria Chronicles and Folklore. Folklore is cheaper right now because it's an older game, but Valkyria Chronicles is still under $60. Both seem interesting, but I want to know which game would last me longer. I know that there is DLC for both games, but is one game's replay value higher than the other?
