Relationship Help?

My girlfriend of over two years decided that we needed to take a little over a month ago. We took a couple weeks off and didn't really talk at all. Then the last couple of weeks we started talking again, and she seemed interested in trying things again. She said that she can see herself dating me again, but that she's not sure. The problem is that she seems apprehensive in actually sitting down and trying to talk things out. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do from here on? I still love her, and I really want to try again. Thanks for the help.
