How much should I sell these American girl doll things for?

I have Felicity and Elizabeth. Elizabeth has no eyelashes on one eye and Felicity is missing her hair ribbon. Other than that, they are in perfect condition, just like the day I got them. They also come with the books Meet Felicity and Very Funny Elizabeth. I would like to sell all of that together. I also have Samantha, who is in perfect condition other than the fact she doesn't have her original shoes. She's not sold by the company anymore. With her I would like to sell a picture frame with Samantha and Nellie on it, Samantha's doll Lydia, a framed picture of Samantha, two of Samantha's short stories, and a curler set. Everything is in perfect condition except for the curler set. I also have a boxed set of the first three books of Molly's, a Molly snowglobe, and two other American Girl books I would like to sell. I plan on selling them on craigslist. Should I reorganize the sets? And how much should I sell them for?
