Help with music video.?

Hi, im looking for a music video which from i remeber is quite ual in nature. It starts with a pov view of someone scrambling through nightclubs etc being sick and doing drugs and endswith a scene and a final shot of the person in the mirror...who turns out to be a girl. if anyone has any clue as to what this music video is then please post.
