Fallout: New Vegas...Question?

Hey, so I was playing New Vegas and I wanted to play it through another time. My first play through I basically only used guns (no energy weapons, no explosives, no melee/unarmed). My second play through I used guns also and just sided with different people. My third playthrough I used only melee, unarmed, and explosives/fire weapons. I'm gonna play through again and I need to know what I should do differently. The game is getting kind of boring and I need a new, weird way to play New Vegas, like certain restrictions of weapons or karma or anything to make this next play through different and some new. All opinions are welcome, just don't be an *** about it, please. Thanks.
