I think what you need is a graphics card driver. Now, there are hundreds of drivers available and you need to find the one specifically for your computer. Your best bet to find it is to go onto your manufacturer's website and look at your computer's details from there. But if you know the name of your graphics card, just type that into Google with 'driver' at the end.
