Computer booting in diagnostics automatically?

I have a dell Inspiron 6000 that automatically boots into diagnostics mode every time it starts. I checked the bios setup and I am missing the option for diagnostic boot in the boot menu so i can't disable it that way. My computer runs fine i'm just tired of having to exit out of the pre-boot system essment every time i start the computer.
